We always prefer quality over quantity. Only thoroughly searched and screened candidates are presented. We also support our clients with their own screening and shortlisting wherever needed.

Follow-up with a backup plan

Rigorous and thorough follow-up from interview scheduling through offer acceptance. We also provide a backup plan after selection and offer roll-out, because the unexpected happens.

Post-joining relationship

We don't disappear after the offer is signed. We constantly update clients about the status of selected candidates, and post-joining we help resolve teething problems together, supporting retention from day one.
