With over fifteen years in talent acquisition, Anisha has worked with companies across construction, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, banking, IT and beyond, placing leaders who don't just fit a job description, but transform the businesses they join.
Her work spans junior, middle, and executive-level placements, with a particular strength in senior search where understanding cultural fit matters as much as credentials.
